I tried to do some research before I post this, but none of the situation was similar to mine, but it was raining pretty hard this afternoon, (I know, I left the car in the rain....") forgot to park in the garage, later took a short drive after it stop raining, then the steering wheel start making noice when I turn it, it feels like the wheel is rubbing against something, you can feel the rubbing sensation and can hear it when you turn the radio off, it only happens when you turn the steering wheel in any direction.

It never happened before, I am wondering if it had anything to do with the rain, can anyone help please? thanks.
