Just Installed H&R Lowering Springs E92 M3
You're absolutely correct, I'm smoking the good stuff while you're smoking the bad sh$t.
Customers are not going to pay $3k plus for coilovers if they felt there are no differences with handling/performance/quality. And I'm not saying lowering springs are bad; I had lowering springs on my 1985 VW GTI.
I'm just saying if you drive a high-end car don't short change yourself by dumping $500 springs. Thats like wearing a $5k Versace suit, with $30 shoes; why bother.

when you want to close the gap on your car springs work fine and you wont notice a difference from stock on ride quality ...especially when getting some wheels to finish the deal....I'm not knocking coil overs, if you're going to be a weekend warrior great, adjust your settings for the track but most will be used for driving to and from work ...the place we go to earn the money to afford such luxurys ....I wouldnt buy a versace suit either,,,couldnt care less....

Bottom line, I understand to each his own, and having said that I will keep my mouth shut now.
So if anyone here owns a Murcielago dumped on H&R springs, I strongly suggest you keep your mouth shut as well.
Maybe not available for the new M3s, but I thought they have coilover kits now with EDC option.
edited, i didn't see everyone had the same view as me lol
