Do you know if someone can order a Bmw M3 without the start/stop nonsense?thanks

No, there is not a start button delete option.

ow too bad for BMW.Thats why i love porsche it has proper stuff...

No. But you can order it with comfort access. That gives the start/stop button a whole new meaning.

It's just a button - i too, prefer a key, yet it's not that bad

i saw on another forum posts and guys said that the bmw won't start...and then they replaced the computer.A key won't let you down.Also start/stop button is made for energy savings stop the engine when the engine is in neutral and start it automatically when you put in first but that doesn't happen for now...Also about the M3 they cant fool anyone how economical can a M3 be?

Really the only reason BMW has gone to it, is the same as Mercedes... to give a false sense of exclusivity, along with the fact that is makes it harder than hell to steal.

What's not to like. You never even take the key out of your pocket. Touch the handle, the door unlocks, hit the clutch and the button. Without the CA option, it's useless.

yeah because its not a toyota prius it doesnt need a start/stop button....nobody likes it but why BMW still has it standard.....

If you have to ask you most likely cannot afford one or are just trolling the forums and not in the position to buy one.

Anyhow, comfort access is the option you speak of. It is included in the technology package. I cannot see why anyone would rather have a key over this keyless alternative. Comfort access FTW!
