this is my favorite HRE wheel design. classic bbs mesh with a flat lip, deep dish. don't care for the chrome finish though. chrome does not belong on a euro/japanese whatever sporty cars.

people need to start to let go of their e46 m3 twig. the v8 m3 is a fantastic achievement and the looks is way more modern and aggressive than the e46 m3. performance wise... no contest. lighter v8, higher revving, bigger power output, same consumption what more do you want? SMG is absolutely a clunker compared to the new dual clutch setup which is the future today and heretofore.

just like the e46 m3 needs enhancements to look its best, so does the v8 m3. let's let it ferment a bit longer and see what the community can put forth. put it next to the e46 m3 and the e46 is goin to look long in the tooth. now where i'm somewhat disappointed is the interior. the e46 m3 interior is just as cool as the new interior just that it needs the greatest electronic gadgetry to keep up.

i hope they got the lame e46 subframe issues resolved in the new body. just ridiculous.

I gotta agree.......the e93 looks like dog**** as does the sedan.

I'd get a C63 over any of them.

I agree, convertibles look so weak compared to the coupe. The hard top is largely to blame.

Agreed... coupe is nice, and in that price range, that would be the car i would purchase, yet the sedan and more so the vert (this is one of the first i've seen) are just not attractive looking cars

i totally understand where you're coming from, but for me at least, other than the performance aspect, i can't help but think the current m3 doesn't look that good.

is it more modern than the e46? sure. the e46 has a slightly dated appearance.

but it doesn't seem to look better than the current 335. as porsche c4 pointed out, the 335 has a sleeker look than the 335.

as far as aftermarket mods, i agree, its still early and time will tell.

AA's supercharger kits for the e92 are going to get a bit crazy I would imagine with an M Power V8. Can't wait

The DCT gearbox is the best invention since Coca Cola and sliced bread. It's light years better than my E36 SMG. and it's super fast.
