My new DD
Just got my new M5. Coming from a Porsche turbo, what a difference but in no way is it a down grade.
Yes, you sacrafice the acceleration and handling but I love the comfort and amenities. Never owned a current BMW so the electronics took a little getting used to but once I got the ipod hooked up, the blue tooth synced with my phone, the satelite radio registered, the navigation dvd loaded, figured out what the buttons did ("M", EDC, Power, the cell phone signal looking button, etc.), adjusted mirrors and seat (a lot of options with these seats) I was off to the races.
Now all I need is a suspension and exhaust.

Thanks everybody. Thomas, Arling, you guys found me in the m section? Do you guys go through every thread on 6 speed every day?
For now, it is just a bone stock Sapphire blk/blk with everything except heated rear, rear air bags and fold down seats. No HD radio either. I'll post pics when something has been done to it.
