M3
Regardless, the mileage matches the condition of the leather
the picture of the driverside seat bolster shows significant wear...every else does look to be in tip top shape though...maybe it was from sliding in and out of the car so much when they were working on it to cause that wear?
"Usually when the seat wear dont match the miles, it means a lot of short trip that is all (lot of getting in/out)."
Yeah, like at the track.
Supercharger, huge brakes and driver's seat wear @ 4k miles. Hmmm.

Seems like a great M to me. I'd get a compression/leak down test down and if that checked out, I'd have no problem buying this car.
One thing though...I've heard a lot of negative things about RMS's customer service. Their hardware is top-notch, but service is another story apparently. Just throwing that out there for you OP.

thanks guys. i'm still pretty hesitant about putting in a bid. i mean for the amount of hardware put into the car and the mileage on it, one would think the seller would jack the price up a bit more. im also thinking about getting a 335i rather than an M3 because i want to get some good mpg!
