New rims and tires on my 08 M3 Sedan
20s do not look big on the new M3. It's perfect... only if it's a multi-piece wheel.
Non-lipped wheels ... 19s. Dished wheels... 20s no question.
it's amazing how some of you guys just can't understand proportions. The wheel arches on the new M3 is larger than the outgoing one. THus, you need the extra inch to fill it out. The stock wheel diameter is also larger.

im sure they are fine, theres a GT2 with these wheels on at the ring, i posted it not to long ago.
Thanks for all the nice comments. I cleaned the car this weekend and it really looks sharp in my opinion. As far as the quality of these wheels they seem very nice and the HLT technology supposedly makes them nearly as strong as forged wheels and they are very light for their size.
I was considering lowering the car but it really doesn't look that bad in person and I want to retain all of the excellent stock characteristics of the car. I also lease the car as it is my company car so I don't want to do to much to it.
