Is This Deal Too Good To Be True?
2006 BMW M3, competition package, BBS wheels, only 21,000 miles on the clock. Dealer asking $27,000. Here is the link:

Thanks in advance guys. This price seems too cheap. I pulled a carfax report. Didn't see anything suspicious.

Pardon my ignorance, but how would I go about finding said information?

There are many folks on this site that have access to manheim auction results. I am sure one of these folks can give you an idea on what a 2006 M3 competition package was sold at auction.

I hate people selling cars that aren`t even clean when photographed
Guess that car did not get too much love in all those 20k miles...

Yea, it definitely is dirty. The background looks kind of sketchy too. Well, I guess if it doesn't really have the competition package, then it must have an aftermarket suspension, which I am trying to avoid (unless I put one on myself).

Its def. not a competition package and it certainly has been fooled with. Either the interior has never been cleaned or it has more than 20k on it. I would be weary. As dependable as e46 M3s are, they are costly to repair. definitely have a PPI done at a bmw dealership first

Like others have said, this is not a ZCP (aka comp pkg). But, the car looks loaded, with nav, heated seats, etc. Assuming the car is in good condition, it should retail for $30k - $35k based on the pricing I'm seeing in SoCal. Something is wrong here.
