anyone lease an X5 lately?
I ordered (and then subsequently killed the order waiting for the ///M version) a new X5 4.8i on 12/31.
MSRP was $76K (loaded w/ Napa/sport/tech/cold weather/20" wheels/etc..). Purchase price was $71,000 or about $1500 over invoice. Some guys from the X5world.com forum thought I could have pushed for a near-invoice deal, but it was the last day before an $800'ish price increase and I didn't have time/inclination to shop/buy outside my local area.
So - figure between invoice and $1500 over invoice.
Residual at 36 months was 57%, money factor was .0019.
LMK if I can help further.

Thanks. Over the past summer I was quoted under 800 incl. tax + 2500 drive off for a 4.8 on a 36 month 12k lease.
Now I'm ready to pull the trigger and it seems like it went up about $75 /month to almost $900. I was just wondering...

Lot's of hold-over 2008's.. that's where the super deals were.. I wanted mine how I wanted it, so I had to order an '09.
See the E70 section of X5world.com - lot's of good info there.

just pulled the trigger on an AW X5 3.0. Got the car almost fully loaded for 49K. This week BMW was giving $2,500 rebates for finance contracts and lease contracts(?).
