I just saw the Gintani Supercharger kit in person today and I must say the quality looks amazing and its not even production ready. They start tuning in a couple weeks and I'll go for a ride I think I might go with that kit once its finally tuning is done. They're shooting for ~600whp.

 

Post a new thread once you go for that ride and let us know how the powerband feels. I'm hoping for a much improved torque curve especially down low.

Fantasma you got to get the car first and experience it for what it is and its characteristics then mod the heck out of it.

I know what you are saying though. With the RS4 even though it is 420bhp it just seemed feel short of expectations.
I mean down here in So. Florida I got tired of E46 M3's with an Active SC'er kicking my butt.
So a good solid sportscar became not enough.

The SC'ers for the new M3's are coming real soon. Do not worry.

I'm with Fantasma on this one and i'm 33 years old. I'm waiting for a kit to come out so i can get my all black tinted out coupe with a S/C on 20's
I need cars with at least 500 hp on tap....................

 

Pricing will be well north of 10k considering the AA kit for the E46 was roughly 14k with everything... My E46 with the AA kit pushed 525hp... cant wait to see what they do with the E9X M3s...

 

Dang, I have my cash sitting pretty waiting for this S/C to come out

All I can say is the Gintani Kit is similar to the G-power in the sense that it uses all the Intake locations. Like the Hood vent,the left bumper intake and the Kidney grill scoops. It can also be powder coated whatever finish you like.
