Here's what I've done so far..

• 19" iForged TE10s with 245/275 Pirelli Rosso
• Tein SS-p coilovers with Rogue RSMs
• Gruppem Ti muffler
• Hamann CF lip
• Misc. minor mods like monochrome badges and painted grilles

I like it, little different. Have you considered LED tails?

 

I had a very similar setup, Carbon Black with BBS RG-R's in black chrome. I went with all the Dinan stuff, PSS9's, etc... Fun car as a DD.

Very subtle but clean and I'm sure it gets compliments wherever you go.

gruppe m is a good choice, i have the same exhaust. i like the car, looks great

whats the model of tire you have? i like how pirelli is in red

 

The exhuast is probably the most enjoyable modification I've done so far. It is way too loud but it makes driving the car so enjoyable. I'll have a matching GruppeM intake soon!

The tyres are P-Zero Rosso, the red Pirelli was my own DIY touch. I saw a photo of an F430 with the red Pirelli writing so maybe it is available in some fitments, I'm not 100% sure on this.

 

Car looks very clean, very original rims as well.
