First time on a racetrack...pretty amazing...wana go again tomorrow!! wa a 2hr drive...some awesome cars there. the white e92 is mine, the e46 is supercharger by active autowerks, kw v3, and 997s headers no mufflers

nice, what was your best lap time?

 

i didnt put on a transponder...so i dont know for sure...first time on a track...i was in beginners group..once they let us go..after 1st session..i pretty much lapped everyone...I took a guy who has been there many times in my car..said i was prob running anywhere from 2:15 - 2:18 which is good for a first time...DSC saved my butt a few times! want to try taking it off at some point...lil scared..lol...think next time ill go into next group...but my buddy in the e46 supercharged..also first time ran around 2:20-2:25 on avg...my friend with porsche 997s also first time on track, but the craziest driver i have ever known without track experience and non pro..signed up for intermediate group..and litterally lapped everyone and some twice...passed a gt3...z06's...turbos...i went on a ride with him, got a lil nervous(not the smoothest driver, very aggesive) but gave me confidence by seeing the speeds i could hit..and to remember the track more ...he ran 2:09:2 best lap (avg 2:11-2:13...for reference a friend of ours who goes there every week has an s2000 mad tuned with R compounds runs a 2:07 as his best ever and this was my friends first time!!
