Rear seat room in 6 series?

I am considering a 6 series convertible and would like ask those of you who have lived with the car how you feel about the actual usability of the rear seats.

It's ok for a last resort 5-10 min drive. Anything further I don't think it's fair to make an adult sit back there without me being too close to the pedals/steering wheel.

I'm curious too how big 6's back seats are coupe and conv.
My son says the only one who fits in the back of the 996 would be Lt. Dan from Forest Gump.

i can fit in the back of my girlfriend's 650, and i'm 6'2. But thats with my 5'8 partner driving (and her 5'6 mother riding shotgun!), not sure if theres any difference between coupe and convertible but i wouldn't want to be back there for more than 10 minutes, at the end of the day, they are impractical but when the situation calls, you can use them.
