Our midsection that deletes both cats and the resonator. We replace it with a cross pipe which has picked up about 15whp.

We are currently in the process of engineering our rear section which will go from either ours or the stock mid section and replace connectiong pipes and the stock muffler.

need to do full exhaust and depends how loud you wana go as well. Gintani is catless very loud, one of the best, theres fabspeed x pipe 2, 200 cell cats, same as encore innovations, i am running akrapovic has 2, 100 cell cats. and is quiet compared to most

go to m3post...tons of threads on the subject

Sounds the best is all personal preferance.

The most HP seems to be from Gintani or Riss, at least from Dyno's posted by owners.

Best gains per $ = RPI, period.

You are not going to see a large variation in power in the catless exhausts, so go for the one that sounds the best to you. RPI sounds ****, but it is very loud. My neighbors shake their heads when I drive by, so I rev my motor and laugh. Would not trade it for any other exhaust.

Check out the Fabspeed X Pipe and our 200 Cell Sport Cats we have available. It will make a nice HP increase and really give the car a sporty and aggressive sound, especially if done with an aftermarket muffler. I attached a few video clips of the different setups with difference mufflers. Let me know if you have any questions. Just the X Pipe will make a 14+ HP and 8+ Ft lbs of TQ increase.
Thanks,

+1 Gintani's full exhaust sounds pretty damn good from what I have heard. Definitely probably the loudest out there from what I have heard, but I like it because they kept it deep unlike companies like Eisenmann getting extremely raspy at the high end.

BTW Sammy, looks like your E92 turned out amazing at SEMA! Congrats to you and Alex as well as everyone at Gintani!

Thumbs up Fabspeed

I have the fabspeed 200cel cats and the x-pipe connected to stock cans and the sound is great.....slight burble at idle but not obnoxious (like my E39 M5, headers/x-pipe/Eisenmann Race)....it really sings on exceleration.
As far as Hp gains...there is a slight gain...but then again short of a complete exhaust set-up(w/headers) I dont think you will see crazy gains.
I got 47hp more on the my M5 with that set-up.
Regards
S
