2009 M3 Convertibles - incentives?

After selling the Boxster S I am contemplating the purchase of a new 2009 M3 vert., which I found at a dealer here in Florida. A 2010 would be nice but I figure that I might get a better deal on a 2009. So, does anyone know what incentives there are (if any) - I searched but could not find any info.

Thanks in advance...Bob Z.

Turns out it has sold, and the dealer said he ran a locate and there are no more 2009 or 2010 M3 convertibles available - guess I will have to look for a 2011 (?)
