Anyone here into the classics?

Do any of you guys on this forum like classic BMWs? My old man is currently restoring a bunch... he's got some 2002s (I think 4), and plenty of E24s and E28s. Back in the spring I took a few pictures of one of the E24s (still a work in progress!) next to my car out at our farm.

(It's a 635, not an M6. Also has some weird intake setup)

No thanks.... my dad has waaaayy too many cars already. That whole barn is full of them! He doesn't like the M6's because he says that towards the end of the E24 production (when they introduced the M6), the cars got more luxurious, more soundproofing, and most importantly heavier. Even though the 630's and 633's aren't as quick as the M6's, he prefers the way they handle.

Nice, I love E30s! Been trying to convince my old man to pick one up and fix her up, but he doesn't really want to... so I may just have to pick one up myself!

I wish I had the money to pick up a E30 M3 to restore but my E36 M3 will keep me happy until then.
