The engine didn't change at all so it's just the driver making a difference along with the DCT having an extra gear. The red calipers don't come stock as well, he either painted the stock calipers or has upgraded the brakes.

I came to know yesterday that the FROZEN M3 i am talking about is a comp. PKG and the owner didnt know. its not my fault if the car owner is stupid..

Also, it doesn't matter if it is a comp package, still the same V8. The Frozen Grey edition cars just include the comp package. So, same thing, and it still doesn't change what you said.
