M6 or GTR or CL65
Of those options, I'd say the CL is most likely to give you what you are looking for. While they are not on your list, alternatives would be the new CL63, wait for the new M6, or do what I did and get an X5M, which is a great daily driver (except for that whole gas mileage thing, but it's not really much worse than the other cars you mentioned).
6 speed m6 if you want to keep the fun factor in a car. If you want an all around trackstar/awd GTR that you could drive all season and slightly mod to be as fast as a street car can run with, or the heavier cl65 which is a top-end monster, but not that fun in the corners as either the m6, no where near the GTR, ive gotten serious drive time behind all 3 and really cant pick a favorite; just different driving styles!!!
A new girlfriend in whatever car you chose? One that can appreciate your car that you bought with your money.
Or tell her to ride shotgun in a GT-R in sports mode, then you'll have full appreciation.

CL65 because when you start it up it makes me smile. Also the amount of torque is perfect for DD duty. Also telling your buddies that it has a v12 TT in it makes them think twice. The handling is also not bad due to the air suspension, corners surprisingly flat for a bigger car.
The M6, the CL is boring, I've ridden in a friend's and those 65s pull like FREIGHT TRAINS but it's undramatic, maybe that's what you want though. It's really quiet as a cruiser for long distances. The problem here is you other 2 options are equally or even more awesome. The M6 has an AMAZING sound, a great interior, a sexy exterior and very exotic looking and is quiet rare compared to the M5. The GT-R is a beast of speed, has insane tuning potential, a pretty nice interior and exterior and can be a great daily. My verdict would be the M6 if you're going to keep the GT-R stock, if you get a Switzer or AMS package then the GT-R is tempting.
