Most states have laws regarding what kind of exterior customization you're allowed to do to your car but, in the US most of the time you just get a ticket. In China? You get your car impounded.
Still, as far as out-there car mods go, making it glitter like a 10 year-old girl's art project isn't the worst we've seen... but it's pretty bad.
