Im considering buying a used F10 550 and would like to know who makes the best tunes for this V8? I know Dinan has one but who else? What about catless down pipes and exhuast?
Thanks in advance for your help!!

AR Design has downpipes... I had them on my 550i a while back.
I don't know about many proper tunes though, but I would go for the www.burgertuning.com N63 tune with the AR downpipes and call it a day for now.

I loved my F10 550i though, especially with the downpipes I had (no tune at the time).
So you should thoroughly enjoy it. My only complaint was that the traction control was too intrusive unlike the M5 where it lets you do more of what you want to do, though that may not be an issue to you if you aren't in the habit or power sliding all the time.
I would install some coilovers though... I had Megan Racing I bought new for under $1K and they were really good, much better than the stock suspension. You can probably find a used set for $750-$850, and I would definitely get them.
You don't need to go for $3K KW's on the 550i. The Megan Racing F10 kit is really good and I had no problems, and neither did the person who I bought them from who worked with Megan to develop them and also ran them.
There's also BC Coilovers for around $999 too, but I have no experience with them and wouldn't base them to be a good experience as I had with the Megan's just because they are around the same price, so if you run up against those -- YMMV.
