How to remove front seats from '05 545

Has anyone removed or know how to remove the front seats from a 2005 545? Will it trigger any airbag or other warning lights?

I'm no expert but I believe by disconnecting the battery and the removing the seats could avoid an airbag light or worse yet deployment. Just hook everything back up and double check before going hot with the 12V.

If you disconnect the battery wait at least 5 minutes before disconnecting anythin to do with an air bag system. It has a diode that is still energized after voltage drop and it could trigger flase codes.

FWIW

Bajo

PS. Make sure you have the seat correctly positioned in order to get to all the mounting bolts as you will not be able to move the seat after you disconnected the battery but you knew that already.
