My new M5 pics

I posted these on the m5board, but I figured I would here too.
I took these the other day.

It's Interlagos Blue / Black with every option.

In the light...

I wish both of these were mine...

Yes. It's still in break-in. I only have 500 miles. I need at least 700 more miles b4 I can take it to 8300 RPMs.

So far, I love the car. I sold the 911 Turbo and got this b/c I needed 4 doors. This car is as close as a 4 door can get to the turbo. It almost handles as well (as close as a sedan can), and it out accelerates the turbo in a straight line which is nice and handy in most every day driving.

The active side bolsters on the seats are AMAZING. They hold me in place much better than my sport seats did. Also, they're much more comfortable than any seat I've ever sat in. It's like an extremely comfortable office chair.

The HUD is awesome. Having my gear selection, rpms, and speed up on the windshield is amazing. It's really handy when you have a 7 speed and losing track of which gear you're in is very easy. Also it puts navigation instructions up there when you're using nav.

The SMG is cool. I would probably prefer a stick all in all, but in order to get the close gear ratio of a 7 speed, the SMG is a must. Also, when using S6 and changing gears at redline, it's like a rifle bolt! Fast as hell. No way I could do that as fast w/ a manual. I know this from a friend's M5 that is broken in. I also need the SMG since my wife can't and won't learn to drive a manual.

The car is the best sedan in the world IMO by a long way.

Wilber, I need to hear some exhausts. A friend is getting one that I may be interested in.

As for wheels, I like the stock for now.
