Talking Some pics of my Jet Black E46 m3 w/ undercover police package!

I'm usually on the P-car and Lambo side of this forum but just realized there's a BMW section here as well.

Thought I'd share a few pics of my baby - the pics are a bit old since I rarely have time to drive the car let alone take pics...haha

Enjoy:

We all build/upgrade our cars for different purposes. When I bought the car about 4 years ago I could not afford a 997. Plus I needed a liveable back seat since it was my only vehicle. As time progressed I started doing small mods here and there and we all know how that goes as it adds up.

I have an easy 6-figure amount invested in this car but it's more unique than any other m3 out there...still brings a smile to my face everytime I drive it.

I do want a 997 eventually but most likely a GT3 if I ever do find an allocation slot...haha

As for the undercover "police package"....just imagine getting pulled over by an unmarked police cruiser. This car has everything that car has including:

1) Hidden 150 watt strobes in headlights, rear fog light locations
2) High output red/blue LED strobes hidden under the rear brake light and pass. visor sections
3) Red and blue lights in the headlight locations
4) P/A system
5) Siren package

**all of the above is strictly for car shows

Love the ride and the police touches.

We should compare "lighting equipment" at the next BimmerFest!

Absolutely gorgeous car.

My only question though is, why is there two different surrounding for the subwoofer in the trunk. One is an oval shape whereas the other picture that is lit up with blue neons is an octagonal shape. Did you change it at one point?

It's nice, but a little crowded, to many gadgets. I personally feel it's hideous to put a amp and sub's in a e46, it just takes away from the M's luxury and professional appeal. Nice rims though.

You have a great eye - yes my car is undergone quite a few changes throughout the years....but one thing I have maintained is the practicality of the trunk design. The sub box can be removed in less than 5 minutes if needed so I can still use my fold down seats for larger objects

My favorite childhood show when growing up was Knight Rider so yes I love gadgets. This car never will be nor was it intended to be a race car so it serves my purpose perfectly. Everything in the cockpit is very clean though if you remove the master remote and most dealer guys swear the screen is OEM but bigger

You're right, there was no 997 back then...hahaha - almost forgot!

Thanks guys for all the kind words - this is still my favorite car to drive out of my garage stable so far. It turns the most heads and has the most "tricks" to display at car shows. The Karaoke function is the most popular since it keeps us entertained at those long car shows.

I have not figured out how to host a video so if anyone can tell me how I could post a video of the police lights in action.
