Just needed to get that out...
damn thing has been plagued with problems since the day I got it, and the dealership does little or nothing about it. Thank god its a lease.

been dealing with Princeton for the better part of 2 years now, and they never seem to fully resolve any of the problems. my navi never works. It constantly gets "hung up" and wont draw a map, the cigerette lighters constantly blow fuses, the front driver caliper managed to put a huge scrape in the rotor and squeaks when breaking.
I decided that i am going to try Open Road here in Edison and see if they are better. Personally i just think the car is jinxed.

Check the lemon laws in NJ. A friend of mine in NC had a lot of problems with his 2002 M3. It was in the shop for over 60 days the first year. It was a leased car. BMW took it back from him with no penalty and forgave several months of payments that he withheld while the car was out of service.
