The buildup of this car was probably the most watched thread among the bmw enthusiasts at the time. Then came the M3 swap into the regular 4 door 3 series. I am sure some other captivating event will become the rage soon enough.

I am getting kind of sick of this chrome stuff ... it wasn't too bad on the MTM Audi A8s though ...

 

He said back then that the engagements he got with the car paid for the mods. It was a success financially for him if I remember right.

Older than dirt. Chris' car has already been repainted. His eight piston white Brembo's also were stolen from a shop...

Haha this is a back in the day car. I remember when I was on E46 all day everyday, I followed this thread from start till end.

I remember this car awwhiillee back, not much of a fan for the chrome, but definately must give props when due. an immense amount of time and money was invested into that SHOW car, and just that. definately served its purpose.

 

I saw many pics of this car awhiiiiiiile back. It just doesn't look right to me... To each his own.

 

this is wayyy old. he also had an F430 coupe then got rid of it for a F430 spyder; and if i can recall correctly, he'll be taking delivery of his 599 in january

 

Car has been around the net FOREVER, he changed the whole color up and a few other things last i heard, Chris is a cool guy!
