One crazy owner of an E46 M3 was not happy with the way his car drove or looked, so he added a Flossman GTR-style wide body kit, supercharged the inline six motor to the tune of 600hp and then stacked the boot with an audio system that looks like it came out of a flying saucer. Oh yeah, then he decked out the whole thing in chrome.

The car has now featured in several tuning mags and is doing the rounds at car shows for modified cars. It joins more recent cars like 50 Cent’s chrome Murcielago and even Lexus’ own chrome IS250. But we wonder why he left the wheels untouched. Aren’t BMW’s with 20in chromes all the rage these days?

looks to me like he did change the wheels but put the stockers on there for the body shop.

I don't think it's actually a chromium dip, but some kind of special paint. I think it's cool.
