BMW ultimate service, is it worth it?

Hello,

I have been meaning to make a post about this for a while now, but my account just got activated, so here I go.

I see that BMW offers free maintenance, roadside assistance, etc all at free of charge for new models.

I also know that BMW costs slightly more than a regular car.

I am thinking of leasing for two years, because I will be leaving the country around then.

Is it really valuable service when you are leasing for two years? How much can possibly go into maintenance within two years that I will be able to justify the BMW price tag?

I would like to hear what you guys have to say about this.

ps. does anyone know where I can get a good lease term?

Sometime ago I saw a lease for a white bmw m3 with smg transmission, i think it was a 2005 for about $699 a month. That is a good deal if you ask me.

Yes,at least to me!

April 03 I bought a new M5. It has been serviced since new "for free" by a local dealer.Signal Hill,Ca BMW dealer has performed all scheduled maintainence as well as several n/c chassis fluid changes. Service is exellent! I probably will go for an 07 4.8 X5 buying it in Scottsdale as before with local service in Signal Hill.
BTW,dealer honors my request *don't wash* & has no problem with convenient scheduling. They are very, very cool.

Enjoy

BMW costs slightly more than a regular car because it is so much better than a regular car.. leases work out really well because of the high residuals and low money factors.. check www.bimmerfest.com "ask a dealer" section.--and welcome to 6speed
