stock engine with Stebro sec1 (removes rasp) and Eisenmann Race 83mm exahust. i drive in S5 mod, sport mode off about 99%. on some spirted drives i may use S6, DSC off, sport mode on . but often times while driving in traffic, i'll use A3 sport mode on. its a breeze in traffic

When you are about to enter a full stop at a traffic light, do you do you put the car in neutral like a manual or just leave it in gear? Do you regret purchasing SMG? do you miss the Clutch? sorry for asking so many questions, the SMG is starting to guage much interest.

I had a 6 speed sold it for SMG and was over it pretty quickly. Went back to a 6 speed. Just my opinion.

You can leave it in drive when you are at a stop.

i do nothing. when coming to a stop the SMG will downshift automaticly and place the car 1st gear. whether you leave it in gear or pop it into N, the clutch is already disengaged. it engages again as you apply gas. nope i dont miss the clutch at all. all my other cars were manual trannys so having a SMG was my first choice. cars in the past were e30, 930 turbo, mitsubishi starion, ford gt mustang...

Welcome, tied with ACS for best looking M3, followed your mods from the e46fanatics board. Lot of hard work and patience really pays off.

Did they bring the CSL model to the states? I should know this. I had an 03' red/red 6-spd. Amazing interior!
