One of our customers BMW E46 M3 that we supercharged recently had his Kinesis wheels redone with black lips. I think this is sick!

 

if by sick you mean, that thing is gonna make me puke, then yes, its very sick

The wheels have a good style and look for the STI and EVO owners.

 

+1 for evo and sti. for the M3, all black would have been best IMO

 

Black lips make the wheels look dirty....

He should've gone all black or no black.

I personally think it looks fantastic. There's a silver 6-series convertible running around LA with the same exact Kinesis wheels with paint-matched centers and black lip, it also has a big-brake kit with yellow-painted calipers. The car looks amazing, very sinister.

 

Looks dope IMO

 

I thought about the white lip when I had my 996 C2 in white...but that would be insanely dirty!

Is that Bucky's car? If it is, I love how he still has it and continues to modify it. Great taste.

 

I don't like this new black lip fad. Makes the wheel look smaller and 1 piece.

IMO - it looks like brake dust build-up.
