A few pics of the build of my E36 M3 Club Sport.

Here it is in process:


Life started as a 95 e36 m3 luxury- It had 260k original miles on original engine!! The car was my daily driver and EVERYTHING worked on it.


Here it is before the new paint.




Interior gutted and cage being installed.








New engine still 3.0 but built by Sunbelt racing engines.. These guys build the World Challenge Engines!!

what kind of power?

 

Power is roughly 310 ish...............

 

Estoril is the color for the e36.
-of course I'm a bit biased.

I can't imagine trying to put all of that wiring back together...

The color is not estoril.

This is actually a peterbilt color - the same color we run on the world challenge touring cars.



Would I sell it .. Sure.. Have your guy call me or email..

Awesome build. I would love to see some footage once its running the track. What is the weight?

 

Great color. We have two Peterbilt 379s in the fleet that are the same color.

 

Most importantly, HOW MUCH DOES IT WEIGH???

 

Power is at the wheels on Sunbelts engine dyno.

Aside from the carbon hood its all stock panels with full doors and power windows so its not the lightest.
I wanted the car to still be functional as a road car.

But still managed to get it down to 2750

It will go on more of a diet over the year.

 

Great looking car. One of my buddys just started a similar project.... E36 light weight worked down in weight (2300 I think)..upgraded M roadster engine
