CaymanGT...if you are reading this: Many of us here own our own business, own our homes, and our Porsches are paid off.

I understand you no wanting to take advise from stangers on a forum. Everyone of understands that, if I saw you on the street tomorrow I would not know who you are. But here is some honest advise for you.

Before you make a move on a buisness you need to call SCORE
http://www.score.org/index.html

If you dont know what SCORE is read this:
SCORE "Counselors to America's Small Business" is a nonprofit association dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and the formation, growth and success of small business nationwide. SCORE is a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
SCORE is headquartered in Herndon, VA and Washington, DC and has 389 chapters throughout the United States and its territories, with 10,500 volunteers nationwide. Both working and retired executives and business owners donate time and expertise as business counselors. SCORE was founded in 1964.
We are America's premier source of free and confidential small business advice for entrepreneurs.

This group will help you for free and guide you though starting your own buisness.

Good luck

Go for it! Don't listen to all those "old man rivers"! Your business has practically NO overhead, you don't have any employees, and your brother can give you all the advice you need! What do you have to loose? You are fairly young and seem to attract contraversy (sp?) but I think you mean well, as do most others on this board. We were all young once and made mistakes. I'm in real estate and seen more than my fair share. Good luck, don't sell the Cayman if you have the $90K. Peace
