I have never been a real fan of white until I picked up the 914-6. Even though it is ivory, it got me interested in looking at a white 987 when we decided to get rid of the 986. I think the white with a black top is a real nice offset. I might have gone with some black on the wheels if I didn't have them already, but I think it turned out nice. BG01, i think they are very similar to your wheels, and your car looks very similar To our 986S. Nice looking ride!

 

Boxster looks damn good!!! not fan of those wheels but I have to admit that the whole package is quite nice...

914 is superb, congrats...

Are you kidding, those wheels produced 16.8HP, and 12.4FPT on the dyno, at the wheel! Thank's for the nod on both. Most Porsche guys aren't big on 914's, but a ggod clean six is hard to find.. Less than 1800 imported to the states, and probably less than 1/4 of those are still alive. Probably less than 200 in orriginal condition. It get's more looks and thumbs than the Boxster. But let's be honest, when it's hot, you can put the top up and turn the AC on in the Boxster. Yep, I'm a puss!
