CEL error code P2196, with aftermarket exhaust

CEL error code P2196, with aftermarket exhaust
Got the car back with JIC CROSS installed and my Supersprint Race exhaust put back on vehicle.
The CEL error light came up and the shop got the code for me from the ECU.

Any one have a fix and where to purchase the O2 spacers needed to clear this code? Tks in advance
After driving the car back from the shop, with stiffness set at 7 out of 15, and -2.2 in front and -2 in rear camber. I don't notice that much difference.
The ride is better surpisingly, then before with H&R springs and stock shocks.
