Need advice

Hi all. Newbie here...coming from caymanclub.net. I have an '06 Cayman S with 14,000 miles. I'm thinking of moving to a 997 S and need your thoughts. The Cayman needs new tires. Do I replace now with the hope that I'll get a little more out of the sale or do I let the new owner deal with it?

Thanks in advance for your thoughts and advice.

Let the new owner deal with it. Tires should make little difference and they may want to change wheels anyway.
