Is anyone using Phantom Alert and if so what are the pros & cons ?

You can check it out at Phantomalert.com. It seems to be a methood to avoid speedtraps and photo tickets. I was wondering if anyone has used Phantom Alert and could report on their likes or dislikes of Phantom Alert.
