19's carrera s wheels on cayman s

Hello guys,
quick question for the experts, I am planing on upgrade to a set of carrera s wheels, using spacers, is it ok to do this any suggestions? does it affect the car at all not using the correct size?
thanks all..

Ive got some that I may be willing to sell

Switched over to HRE's after about 3k miles. Wheels are clean, No curb rash...but Im in California...shipping may not be friendly, but theyre light for 19's!

I'm no expert, but my 05 Boxster S came with Carrera S 19" wheels. They are listed as an option. No spacers needed.

the 19 inch wheel options on the cayman are specifically made in the cayman offset. simply taking a carrera wheel and putting it on a cayman will not fit.

if it's from a Carrera you would need spacers in the rear at least 23mm..
Carrera rear offset is 65... stock offset on Cayman wheels are 42's i believe..
the fronts should fit ok..

I, too, have an 05 Boxster S that came with the Carrera S 19" but I'm not sure if it's the same exact wheel use on the Carrera S. I suggest checking with the local Porsche Dealer to confirm the size and fitment. I do believe the wheels are different for each model.
