You probably saw this Cayman. It has been all over the websites lately.
This is a wide body aftermarket kit on this car. Real GT3 wheels will NOT fit a Cayman.

I just happened to see them during my wheel search. Don't know anything about the brand.

With all the wide body kits I've seen advertised for Caymans, you can see where the wider sections have been attached around the wheel arches. I can't detect anything like that with this car. How do they do it?

Pearl Coupe,

There is a set of brand new Champion RS98's for sale on EBAY. They are black with a polished lip. The price is very reasonable. You should check them out.

sorry for bumping this...

does anyone have a pic of Style 1052 (GT3 replica) wheels with following spec:
Wheel size 8.5J ET53 front & 10J ET45 rear

on 987 Boxster or Cayman ?

I'd love to know if this 10J ET45 will give that concave look as per the black Cayman in this Thread before ordering !

Thanks guys !

Hi heres my 2008 987 with 10 x 19 and 295s on the back

This is quiet a tight fit. However it dosnt rub "at all" and the 295s look a lot better on the car as they fill the arch completly.

You can see the concave effect here too

They don't rub or pet rude beyond the arches at all.... and it looks like the factory made it this way.

Im very pleased and drive the car daily

Enjoy

^^Its almost impossible for you to rub as you are riding pretty high. Let's great though. I was considering getting the 19x11's

That's unfortunately not so.....

On the rear of my car with the 295 tire I cannot get my little finger between the McPherson strut and the tire. Also it is VERY close to the hand break cables on the lower arms. If you chose 11s you will need to be very carefull with the tyre and offset combination. The Accumoto Cayman S with TPC Turbo 550 hp uses a 10.5 with a 295 tire probably for a pretty good reason. I'm not saying its not possible however you will need to spend some time investigating the options carefully before whipping out your plastic..... good luck with the combo
