I thought I would post this on here also as nobody has any idea why or how to fix it.

My oil check guage, you know the little animated thing on under your speedometer that shows how much oil you have, just blinks and never completes it check. It eventually goes off after a few miles down the road.

Long story short: 2001 "s" tiptronic 65k miles
Replaced my battery and then alternator. Had a blown fuse from the ordeal and the radio fuse blew also. Now when I turn the key, the oil check guage just blinks. No warning lights, everything else works fine. I have checked every colored fuse. I have even disconected the battery over night and tried to reset everything. No dice. It's not the ignition switch as that was replaced last year.

Any Ideas?
