How are you liking the Hankooks? I have them on my car and have been thoroughly impressed with them. My only desire is that they had a little more feedback before letting go. They are really strong, but knowing where they reach their limits can be a bit tricky sometimes.

48F 35R. I could have gone a bit more aggressive, but I like the fit as it is.

The Hankooks are very quiet. On launches, they appear to hook up a lot faster than the F1's I had previously. I haven't been able to drive up Skyline with these new tires yet, but on the street, grip is immense. I can still kick them out but they're manageable. Still too new for any detailed review. What psi are you using?

Thumbs up

Can't believe I've missed this post Scott. The car looks spectacular with those wheels. I hope you have had a great experience ordering from us.

Exhuast Tips?

Hey There,

Where did you get your exhuast tips? Looking for a similar set.

Here's how she looked beforehand:

Today I received a call from both Forgestar and Sonic MS giving me the heads up. Oh?

Centercaps, rings, and bolts were all securely taped inside one of the boxes. Sonic's Hunter machine made quick work of everything. Tires are 245/35F and 275/35R. Now onto the finished product...

I know I'm going to get a few PM's asking me what offset I ordered; to be frank, I forgot and will have to check. I knew in January....I'm just happy I don't have to run spacers anymore!

The exhaust pictured is the Fabspeed Maxflo (since sold). I think they sell the tips separately as well.

Some wheels for some reason have some issues when balancing. I've seen this happen a few times. They require more weights to compensate for the issue. Nevertheless, great setup & enjoy them!
I didn't want to induce more understeer, so I didn't consider anything wider than 275 in the back.

Since someone asked about the tires earlier, an update: I'm not really happy with them at the limit and am currently trying to burn through them ASAP. They are still great for the street though.

How Did the Wheels Ride?

Hi There,

I'm thinking about getting some Forgestar wheels. How is the ride? Are there any issues?

Best,

Andrew

The ride is fine (I assume you're asking about the wheels themselves). No issues on the street or track.

Yea. What tires do you recommend?

Also, what is the issue with balancing people are mentioning?

Thanks again.

Best,

Andrew
