Question How to remove fog spear surrounds?
I wanted to tackle this project for a friend but can't figure out how to get that piece around the fog light off....

MarcDC is infamous around these parts
there are tabs there, you just have to pull on it a little bit (harder than you think). they won't break; i've changed my 2 times already.

+1, I was really scared I was going to break them off the first time I did it, but they come off after you force them a bit.
