?SpeedART sport 2nd GEN exhaust for 987 S, opinions...

i know a few of you out there have this setup and sound happy with it. i was hoping to get some first hand answers about whether or not there is any exhaust drone, and if the 2nd GEN still has the installation/fitment issues i have read about. i know it is supposed to essentially be the same exhaust as FVD. but i'm told the FVD has no drone at all, and i have read that the SpeedART exhaust does. which leads me to believe the two are not the same at all.
any help would be appreciated.

why don't you just search speedart and you'll find tons of reading material. I know cause I am in the same boat as you and did the same research... There is some drone but most feel it's not a factor at all. Much less than other systems.

SpeedArt and FVD exhaust systems are essentially the same, and they are both manufactured in Germany by M&M Exhaust. However, it is my understanding that FVD has exclusive rights to the design in the US. And, SpeedArt and/or their distributor in the US was told to cease and desist selling the product. Also, keep in mind that there are different "sound" versions of these exhausts. Perhaps, this is what has lead to some confusion amongst members of the site with regard to drone.
