Some of you may remember a thread I started about my Cargraphic exhaust tips falling down and burning the trim on my 2006 Cayman S. The initial problem seemed to be some bent clamps that hold the tips to the mufflers. I called Sharkwerks (from whom I purchased the exhaust), and they promptly called Cargraphic and pushed for new clamps, which I got free of charge.

Unfortunately, this didn't fix the problem. A few more emails with pictures to Sharkwerks, and I receive an email from Cargraphic stating that they are aware of this problem and will send me a new, updated version of the exhaust system. I never expected this.

I will not get into the details, but I can tell you that Sharkwerks truly went to battle for me, and now I will be getting a brand new exhaust. I have read in various forums about the customer service at Sharkwerks, and now I know that it is merited. They even offered to pay for any additional costs I might incur from this, such as the price of the trim piece I had to buy for the bumper.

For those of you who might be on the fence about which company to handle your modding needs, please give Sharkwerks a real consideration.

I feel it's also important to note that my exhaust system is about two years old, and they still are willing to replace it. This isn't something I purchased six months ago.
