Is it possible to add PCM to a car on a dealer lot?

My friend is looking at a car with everything he wants but it doesn't
have PCM

I'm fairly sure you can't, would have to go aftermarket. Search the forums on Planet-9, there's tons of info there.

Thanks a salesman found him one about 100 miles away that has PCM
