considering boxster spyder
I recognize this Spyder. It was on the Paul Miller (Northern NJ Porsche dealer) website since at least last Fall. Less than 1K miles. MR2Fast, you can get the standard Porsche side stripes from any dealer ...or Suncoast. Same for headlights. By the way, the Cayman R lights with dark border now available. You are a great candidate for those. Back when I first saw the car on the web, I thought it was odd that with so many other options it didn't have the Bi-Xenons! However, you should research IF you can switch to dynamic cornering lights in the first place. When I read this (see below) on the Suncoast website, it raised a red flag:
"Set includes the left and right headlight assemblies, choose from the standard or dynamic cornering light. If your car doesn't have dynamic cornering lights, it's not possible to upgrade, please order the standard version."
See for yourself here:

I think the alternative Spyder wheels will be a welcome addition to your car. Those look great and fill the wheel openings better - so they don't need the required 5mm spacers you have (I hope) on your car. The current wheels are mostly seen in 911's and look out of place in the Spyder. Whether you paint them red, black, etc, is all personal preferences, of course! Good luck with your Spyder. I love the Carrera Red leather interior in your car! z356 (Carmel)

As for the headlights, I believe what suncoast is referring to regarding the headlights is that you'll need the motors, controller unit, harnesses, ballasts etc to do the swap. The dealer quoted me about $4k including parts and labor (a bit much considering the factory option is only $1500). Either way I'll be exploring it in greater detail in about a month or so. Anyway all in all I'm in love. I can't tell you how nice is to be back behind the wheel of a mid engine car on the street
