Ok, i picked up my new 2011 Aqua Blue Cayman from the dealership in Louisville this past Friday, June 3rd. Have a few questions, thought i might get some answers here.

1) How long is the Break-In period? 1200 miles? 2000 miles?

2) Can i actually play DVDs in this thing? and if so, does the car have to be stationary?

3) Whats the best way to keep and/or get the bugs off the front and the windshield?

4) Sometimes its hard to find reverse. Can anyone offer any tips on how to get it in reverse easier?

hi mike. i got 2011 boxster S
1) my sales rep said 3k keep it under 3krpm. but i have been driving it below 4k rpm coz i read in this forum that's what they are told (i can't wait to WOT)
2) i don't think it can play dvds

 

Break in is 2,000 miles which is almost impossible to do because it is so tempting to rev the engine past 4,000 rpm.
