Launch Mode...

I dont know how many people have this, but who has mastered the Launch mode? I just had my rep give me another demonstration but it was kinda of hard to do it around the local shop.. Very busy and tight streets..
I have to go find some private roads out of the way to practice this..
Sports Plus button on, then floor the gas and brake at the same time and then time the lift of the brake.. kinda reminds me of the old power stances we used to do as kids... sales rep got the wheels to chirp a coulple of times but we couldnt wind it out.. any input?
At the Porsche Drivers School, Hurley Haywood was giving launch mode demo's in the panamera turbo... it was sick!! that car has some power..

You should have your foot on the brake to start with, so just put your right foot to the floor and listen for the beep. I found launching to be more difficult after getting a more aggressive alignment, but that was to be expected.

It has to hit 6500 RPM first.

With PSM on, it's not as crazy as you might think. A clear freeway on-ramp would be a safe place to try it.
