A little HELP...2001 BOXSTER 'S' Headliner Clip?

Has anyone else experienced this little 'hook' coming off down inside the 1/4 panel? It's on the end of an elastic strap and keeps the headliner taught at it's folding point.

I can't see down in there to see where it attaches??? It flutters with the top up and window down!
