Compare the 2011 base Cayman to the 2012 model

Can you point me to a comparison of features and specifications of the 2011 and 2012 base Cayman?

Thanks in advance. I'm trying to narrow down my search.

They are pretty much the same. There are not too many issues with 987.2. Used ones are a little hard to find. If you're interested in a PDK version, you have even less to worry about since you'll not have over revs. Just make sure you have a detailed history of the car and that its been properly maintained. Base Caymans are not as popular so when negotiating as if you wanted the S but would settle for the base if the price is right. Again, there are not as many of the 987.2 so the prices will be a large price difference between the an '08 & '09.

Planet-9 is a site that started as a Cayman specific site but has grown to include all types. It's the original Cayman Registry site but Porsche force Ken to rename his site. Got to love a company that punishes a person for promoting their product.

Here's just one thread that might be helpful.

Thanks so much. Cherman company lawyers are strange. BMW picks fights with the car club on a regular basis over just such piddling things. Oh well. At least they are consistent. <G> I will check out Planet-9.
