would you ever loan someone your P car for the day
I've let only one of my friends drive mine that's because we switched. He had a '06 997 so I trusted him as he did me. He traded that in for a new Audi RS4 and I never asked to drive that. I didn't want to hurt myself or his car.
That thing was ridiculous, he was making sport bike pull over to let him by on mountain roads.
Now, I have another friend who is a Ford nut and has owned many a fast car asked a number of times of the years if I'd let him drive my car and the answer is always nope. He doesn't understand why I won't let him drive it. It's for a number of reasons: a little afraid he'd push it a little too hard and have something happen, the experience would not change his opinion on Porsches without getting it to that limit, the loaning money/tools to friends thing which I've had that experience with him in a not positive way and last if someone really wants to drive a Porsche; there's a 2 dealerships in town.
