RUF 3600S at the track

I had my first extended track time at TMS this weekend at the Italian Car Fest. Wow, those RUF guys put together a winner. The 3600S scoots like a "scalded dog". It is so stable and so planted, and the power just keeps coming. I never had anyone show up in my mirrors all day, and there were some fast, exotic cars out there (a murci, an f430, etc)

And they have done nothing but take top notch care of me. Top notch. Anyone who knows Hans and Wayne know what a good job they do, so imagine if they had the full discretion to do the job THEY thought was the best one.

I highly recommend them to anyone thinking they want more out of their Porsche. The bodykit and springs transformed what I think of as a relatively...mild design (stock Boxster) into something quite exotic and much more aggressive looking.

The best of both worlds; the style of an exotic Italian with the
performance, engineering, and reliability of an "improved" Porsche. I drive mine every day. What more could you want?

Adrift,
I too want to do something to my '02S. I like it a lot more than my TT. It just needs some more HP!! Maybe you could give me some advice since you've been through it. If you feel more comfortable, PM me some insight.
Right now, my Boxster S is loaded, Tequipment exhaust, aerokit, 18" sport wheels, M030 option (which I love)....so I like how the car is set up. I just want to do something with the hp. Please give me some feedback.

I PM'd you, but in short, the RUF guys can set you up, any route you want to take. I didn't really experiment with other options, so I can't comment, but I definitely would recommend the route I took, if that is the car for you.
